Funding Your Case
When any case starts you will be advised in writing as to an estimate of the fees involved. We will bill for work done on a bi-monthly basis to ensure you are kept aware of costs incurred so far. Invoices are settled by cheque or by credit/debit card, of which we make no additional charge.
We offer a variety of funding options set out below:
Pay as you go
We will ask for payment on account of costs when a case begins. Provided payments are made promptly we will continue work on your case.
Monthly Budget Payments
Many clients take advantage of our monthly payment schemes. A monthly figure is agreed between you and our Business Manager and then paid on a agreed day of each month. The monthly fee is paid by standing order from a bank account or taken from a credit or debit card, the choice is yours.
Lime Finance
We have a unique funding facility which clients can take advantage of to fund private matters. Clients pay only the interest on any borrowing until the matter reaches conclusion when the balance must then be repaid.
This facility is particularly helpful to clients that may not have the funds to pay their legal fees throughout the course of their case, but where the predicted outcome will mean funds become available.
